Do I need my own X and OpenAI API keys?
Yes. You connect your own X (Twitter) developer keys and your own OpenAI key. They are stored encrypted and used only to draft and publish your own content.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — every account starts on the Free plan so you can try Bluobird before paying. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. See our Refund Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards.
Where can I find my invoices?
Paddle emails a receipt for each payment, and you can manage your subscription and billing details from your billing settings.
